HOW TO ORDER

If an order button is available, you can order directly from this website. *(Prices include delivery). If a price is not listed, use the Contact Form to send an inquiry & we will check inventory. If you find something online or in a retail store, we need the correct manufacturer's name, style and SKU numbers. For upholstery we need the fabric name, grade and number. When you are ready to order, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid by debit/credit card. Financing is available through Affirm. Your order is then placed with the factory. Standard furniture shipping ETA is 4-6 weeks (+ 2-3 weeks for in-home delivery). Custom delivery ETA is 8-16 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on the manufacturer).

DELIVERY

Once your order is complete and ready for shipment, we manage getting your furniture from the manufacturer to your home. We use professional movers who will call you to schedule a delivery date. We have two delivery options:

1. Boxes will be placed in your room of choice

2. White Glove Delivery (set-up and trash removal)

Small items ship FedEx or UPS. NOTE: Measure carefully as we are not responsible for furniture that will not fit into your home.

30-DAY RETURNS

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and in original condition. Money back on original payment method. We'll make the process easy and you'll receive a full refund minus a 20% pickup/return shipping fee.
