RETURNS

Items can be returned  for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Rreturn shipping costs may apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Items that can’t be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items

  • Items marked “Non-returnable” 

  • Custom  (Made to Order)

   

- Small items can be returned by

  UPS or FedEx free of charge.  

- We take the hassle out of returning large

  items.  Furniture, etc. will be picked up

  by  a delivery service.  A 15% pickup/

  return shipping fee will apply. 

DELIVERY

- Small items are delivered by UPS,

  FedEX or USPS.  Shipping is included

  in the price.

- Oversized items or furniture ship LTL 

   from the manufacturer to a delivery

  service and the service delivers to our

  customers.  Delivery ETAs range from 

  4-8 weeks based on "ship from" warehouse

  and "deliver to"  address.

- Standard shipping for furniture is included in

   the price.  Boxes placed in room of choice.

*Free White Glove Delivery on orders  $2,500

  and  above.

REFUNDS

- Full refund to the original form of

  payment for small  items.

- Large items will be picked up by

  a delivery service and you will receive

  a refund of the purchase price to

  the original form of payment

  (*minus  a 15% pickup/return

  shipping fee).
