RETURNS

Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will apply, and the item must be in its original condition to be accepted.

Items that can’t be returned:

Gift cards
Personalized items
Items marked “Non-returnable”
Custom (Made to Order)

- Small items can be returned by

UPS or FedEx.

- We take the hassle out of returning large

items. Furniture, etc. will be picked up

by a delivery service. A 20% pickup/

return shipping fee will apply.

DELIVERY

- Small items are delivered by UPS,

FedEX or USPS. Shipping is included

in the price.

- Oversized items or furniture ship LTL

from the manufacturer to a delivery

service and the service delivers to our

customers. Shipping ETAs range from

4-12 weeks based on "ship from" warehouse

and "deliver to" address. Custom order ETAs

differ, but can extend to 20+ weeks.

- Standard shipping for furniture is included in

the price. Boxes will be placed in room of

choice. White Glove Delivery is available

for an additional fee.

*Free White Glove Delivery on orders $3,000

and above.

REFUNDS

- Full refund to the original form of

payment for small items.

- Large items will be picked up by

a delivery service and you will receive

a refund of the purchase price to

the original form of payment

(*minus a 20% pickup/return

shipping fee).
